Music Academy

My  sixth concert  was  called 'Ranaviru Pranama' meaning ''A Tribute to Soldiers'' as  the effort  was a  fundraiser  in  aid  of  injured Sri  Lankan soldiers . The money raised was sent to ''Rana Viru Sevana''- Army Rehabilitation Fund (Sri Lanka),  for the  production of artificial  limbs for soldiers injured in the war against terrorists in Sri  Lanka.  My  visit  to  the ''Rana  Viru  Sevana'' Limbs  Production Centre in Sri Lanka later in the year, gave me the opportunity to see at first hand, how the money sent  by  me  was  utilised  in  the  production of these limbs. A total of AUD 3500.00 was sent to the Centre, in aid of this cause by me.
